I think it would be a good idea to use Ralph's example also for SRU, but then with a corresponding request-URL and the same SRW-response but without the SOAP-envelope.

There is an example of a request and response in the slides. The response
slide has elipsis to indicate where the database record would go and that
record in on the next slide.
