You could try using <xsl:copy> to carry parts of one document unchanged over
to the other, eg. something like (untested):
<xsl:template match="ead/archdesc/dsc/c01[@id='ser2']/scopecontent">
<xsl:for-each select="p">
<xsl:copy/>
</xsl:for-each>
<xsl:apply-templates/>
</xsl:template>
or more generally you could just define all your <p>'s to come out as <p>'s
elsewhere in the stylesheet:
<xsl:template match="p">
<xsl:element name="p">
<xsl:apply-templates/>
</xsl:element>
</xsl:template>
Hope that helps,

Subject: XT Question
Hi All,
I have a <scopecontent>
<p>Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah </P>
<p>Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah </P>
<p>Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah </P>
After I run it through XT using this call:
<xsl:value-of select="ead/archdesc/dsc/c01[@id='ser2']/scopecontent" />
I get this as output
Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah
Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah
Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah
My paragraph tags disappear. I can't seem to find anything that says this
should be happening, anyone have any ideas?
