Two questions/comments on indexes:
* Can we come up with a standard set of naming conventions for indexes
please? At the moment DC has titleString whereas Bath has TitleExact.
The 'send the same query to everyone' style will be much easier if they're
all using the same conventions, regardless of whether they call them DC or
Bath or anything else. If there's a convention already established then
people will just follow it rather than making their own.
My (easily swayed) preference is 'fooWord' and either 'foo' or 'fooExact'.
* Are index/index set names case sensitive or not?
Are 'Title' and 'title' the same index? I looked but couldn't find it in
the documentation. For example, bath.titleWord but bath.TitleExact are
listed on the Bath page. If they're case sensitive then this should be
standardised.
