The ZING SRW/U pre-release of version 1.0 is now
available for review until September 20. See:

Version 1.0 will be announced in October, for a
nine-month period to allow implementation
experience, after which version 1.1 will be
released.

These specifications result from more than a year
of collaboration among SRW/U implementors,
culminating with a meeting this past July and
follow-up discussion among the attendees:
