In any case, it appears that since the format is html compatible - entering URLs for an online image of the actual item shouldn't be a problem (a photo of a celebrity or the donor, for instance).

Are there any tags, fields, or labels set aside for the piece of information - albeit, far down the road. . .? <The URLs for these images.>

I ask because the finding aids are a good start for the actual archive searching; in the long run, aren't we looking at having images of the items themselves available online also?
