Subject:  CBM/TBM commercial disposal contract


NLS has recently been informed by the CBM/TBM commercial
disposal contractor (Lodestar Recovery, Inc., 1104 Garrison
Street, High Point, North Carolina) that its warehouse
address for receiving discarded CBM/TBM machines has been
changed to the following:

Lodestar Recovery, Inc.
117 Wade Street
Jamestown, NC 27282

There is no immediate need for the network to change
shipping labels marked with the old address.  The U.S.
Postal Service will continue to accept shipments to the
old address and will forward them to Lodestar Recovery's new
warehouse address. Nevertheless, all future labels must be
marked with the above new address to prevent the U.S. Postal
Service from returning cartons to the sender.

As a reminder to help speed up the handling process, please
properly mark all cartons and ship only authorized and
approved machines to Lodestar Recovery.

Removal of battery from all machines prior to shipment is
__mandatory.__
