Ralph,
We get a lot of mileage out of the "no earlier than ..." statements,
don't we?  The font changes mentioned in the document have not yet been
implemented at LC.  We'll be sure to give plenty of advance warning when
these changes are made.

Hi,
In the document mentioned in the subject line (link on the NACO web
page),
there is an indication that that the inverted exclamation mark
should NOT be used until LC implements local font changes
("no earlier than May 2001"). Have those font changes
been made? Is it now OK to use the inverted exclamation mark?
