Two points:  (1) if we adopt this it won't mean a user is compelled to use it,
for All and Any; they can construct booleans if that's earier for them.  (2) We
can come up with more intuitive symbols. use  ^ and v for all and any. Thus:
 =^      all words
=v       any words
= =     adjacent words
~         relevant words
=      exact string
