I'm in the process of defining DC attribute
combinations. Creator would be (for the attribute
architecture approach) access point 'name'  (from
XD) with functional qualifier 'creation' (from
utility).

It seems to me that 'publication' and
'contribution' are missing from the functional
qualifier list in the utility set. Without them we
can't construct dc elements publisher and
contributor.

Am I on track or missing something?   Should I
propose to add these two?
