Nope. My fault for suggesting it originally.
The IndexSet definition should provide a single clear semantic description
of the index. The best tool for providing that description is the new
attribute architecture.
The other combinations are local configuration information and of little
information to an SRW client. They are probably really useful Z39.50
explain information, but not germane here.
