In my view, Ingush should certainly be assigned a code in ISO 639-2,
and "inh" is a good identifier for it. See
http://www.evertype.com/alphabets/ingush.pdf for the indigenous name
"ghalghajn". The -n there may be a declined form. Further research
might be helpful.
