For what it's worth, I never found any solid information about
Crimean Tatar: see
http://www.evertype.com/alphabets/crimean-tatar.pdf. I have a
photocopy of a linguistic study, but it does not indicate that there
is a standard orthography or a written literature. More information
is required, I think. (I can look up what I have in my files too.)
