The current schema has:

Whereas the example has boolean between the searchClause elements.
Which is prefered? Mike and Adam vaguely prefer the Schema, I vaguely
prefer the example. Mostly it's irrelevant as it will just be turned into
objects by the SOAP toolkits anyway, but there needs to be a canonical
form.
Secondly, are there any objections to my new format for <boolean> and
<relation> to include the modifiers? Or can we take them as accepted for
the revised Schema?
