Will no-one comment on this part? It's not clear to me whether OCTET
STRING or InternationalString is more appropriate for this.

Not exactly. I assumed that, once you're in that document, adding
three OIDs rather than one was trivial, so it seemed to make as much
sense to bung the others in as not. But I suppose I'm not actually
_requesting_ them, no. Just the CQL one.
