These three records are still in an "in-process" state and should not
have been distributed. This occurred because the person who created the
records had the wrong value in a local field we use to control
distribution. We experienced this problem some time ago but think we
have it under better control now. Nevertheless, as the result of your
inquiry, we have sent a reminder to the staff involved.

We have been finding many incomplete core-level records.
for example, 00-425118, 2001-370636, and 2001-343350. These records
lack class numbers and subject(s). Are these few records aberrations,
or have other libraries come across such records?
