A: Yes.
B: If I can make it, I'm willing to help.
Also, I think that a ZIG would be a good place to spread the word as the
audience is most likely to be receptive. Somewhere in Europe in
March/April ? Regardless of Z39.50 not needing the face to face meetings,
I think that the ZING projects /do/ need them, and if it's advertised as a
ZIG then it's more likely that people will attend.
