When is a server expected to refresh the idle time on a result set?
For example the following conditions may occur:
a) Create a new result set
(Obviously has to 'refresh' new set)
b) Present out of a single existing result set
(Yes? Hence have to return the same result set with new idle time?)
c) Combine an existing result set with a new search
(New set, if any, is 'refreshed', but what about the old one?
If the old one is refreshed, there's no way to tell the client this.
Any number of result sets could be combined in this way -- do they all
get refreshed?)
I've implemented resultSetTTL as an input parameter -- if it's absent, no
result set is generated. Currently if the TTL is > 10 minutes I refuse it
as I can't gaurantee a connection past 10 minutes at the moment [Need to
add a keepalive thread that does nothing but ping the Z connection if
resultsets are needed]
