This is probably a red-herring: XML is at least as useful without DTDs
as with them, and I've successfully used recent versions of
Mozilla/Netscape to display ad hoc XML, sans anything resembling a
DOCTYPE or DTD, just minimal well-formedness.
My money's still on the Content Type setting!
