FLICC is pleased to offer "Electronic Serials Cataloging Workshop." This is an excellent hands-on training course for the ever growing field of cataloging electronic serials. This workshop is based on the 2002 revision of chapter 12 of the Anglo-American
Cataloguing Rules, 2nd edition, Library of Congress Rule Interpretations, the MARC 21 formats, and non-CONSER specific policies and practices set forth in the CONSER Cataloging Manual and CONSER Editing Guide. The curriculum for this one-day course includes the following:
* A review of cataloging electronic serials
* Current challenges, such as aggregations
* Advanced problems related to electronic serials
* Trends and evolving practices
