Subject: CBM Labels Sent November 2002
One machine lending agency (MLA) has reported a problem with the new CBM
labels. When cleaning a labeled machine, a cleaning solvent interacted with the
ink and completely erased the print. That MLA has revised its process to clean
a machine before applying a label. You should do the same.
Please report any problems you experience with these labels to your consultant or
me. We are trying to get replacement labels. It is not clear how long this will
take. In the meantime, please continue to use the current supply.
