Due to an unforseen emergency, Judith Berman has graciously agreed to step
in this month and read from her new work at the Philadelphia Fantastic
reading series on February 28th at Barnes and Noble Booksellers, 1805
Walnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
We hope to reschedule Kate Bernheimer at a later date. In the meantime,
the authors and editors invite you to join us to meet local favorite
Judith Berman. Hear her read and discuss her new short story collection
from Small Beer Press, LORD STINK & OTHER STORIES, then join us for our
traditional post-reading snack-hunt. The place is Barnes and Noble, 1805
Walnut Street in Philadelphia, the time is Friday, February 28, 2003, at
7:30 pm.
(In the event of a significant snowfall, February will be cancelled.)
And join us on March 28th for Philadelphia favorite Tom Purdom.
Philadelphia Fantastic presents a series of readings and informal
discussions by and with local writers and editors of speculative fiction
on the fourth Friday of the month. Readings are free: post-reading dinner
with the author is pay-as-you-go.
