I haven't read all of it yet, but I don't think
"Castle" fits this description, at least not entirely.
No one stumbles into this alternate world, but someone
is writing a novel in which the Allieds win WWII,
paving the way for some sort of resistance. I haven't
read the whole thing yet, so I may be wrong on those
other elements.
