Background and additional information:
During the first ballot the identifier "mdf" (which is identical with the
Ethnologue identifier) received a negative vote. However, no alternative
identifier has been proposed.
The French name was proposed as "mokcha" for the first ballot, which
received a comment to the effect that the French names "moksa" and "mokso"
[both with s with caron] should be used instead. During the following
discussion it was suggested that the form "mokso" should not be included.
