I'm getting closer now. I see accessors for recordXML. (Still got to
figure out how to turn my text record into a MessageElement to stick into
recordXML, but I think I'll figure that out. At least I think I see a path
to get there. :-)
Your question is: have we agreed on the values to be contained in
recordPacking? If not, how about "string" and "xml"? "none" might be as
good a value as "string".
