All Cuban products are embargoed in the U.S. You cannot bring in Iranian
caviar for the same reason. You cannot import marijuana from anywhere since
possession of the product itself is illegal in the U.S. Other products
require a license (automatic firearms, radioactive materials). However,
that has nothing to do with copyright or trademark, or with the interests
of any U.S. holder of any rights.

To the best of my knowledge, British goods are not embargoed in the U.S.
and buying a CD does not require a license. <G>
