Judy, As a coop liaison, I get the pccc list submissions. I just had to
tell you that this was a masterful presentation of 21.30L and 12.6B1. I
loved it! I plan to file a copy next to both RIs because I am sure that
somebody will ask this very question soon. I am sorry that you wear so
many hats, because you do such clear explanations that resumption of
your series bulletins from pre-reorg days would be wonderful. You used
to have a little newsletter.

I am still mired in legal matters $12,000 later which has resulted in
my lagging behind helping out with series queries. Two weeks ago
Thursday I had my 99 Taurus totalled after work on my way to exercise
which has put me into the insurance-credit nightmare with buying a new
car. I apologize again. I need to touch base with you about dates
