SRW can't mandate anything about URIs other than ones which are SRW
databases, so I don't see that this is in scope.
If you want to copy your records into a web server, then go for it. But
there's no need for SRW to talk about them outside of record
data/metadata, or we could be here all year adding in new parameters for
various types of external link. If you want to have a persistent URI in
your data which is an external link, then there's nothing stopping you :)
If you want to have it searchable, then ditto.
But we already have mechanisms for these.
The JCDL tutorial went well, I thought. Had some very intelligent
comments and a pretty good showing of people attending.
