Can we attach the following to the Short Names proposal for 1.1, please:


In ZeeRex, the short names for schemas would be recorded with a 'name'
attribute on the 'schema' element. Subsequent referal to the schema would
be via this short name, rather than the full URI.

For example:

<schemaInfo>
  <schema identifier="http://...dc-record/v1.0/" name="dc">
    <title>Dublin Core</title>
  </schema>
</schemaInfo>

<configInfo>
  <default type="retrieveSchema">dc</default>
</configInfo>

This is to make indexSet and schema references consistent (as indexSets
are refered to via short name once the URI has been established)
