Just to make sure:
The client searches for the short name in the Zeerex record find the
full URI for the short name and then sends the full URI over the wire?
Am I correct?

I mean when parsing the ZeeRex file, they'll need to look for short
names
in the configInfo section, rather than that they'll need to send the
short
name when requesting the schema over the wire :)
