I'm sure that we agreed -- especially for sending one query to all targets
-- but have no idea why it didn't make it into the BNF. I think that
Adam came up with the appropriate BNF for it, but perhaps it was at the
time when we were trying to document everything sending files back and
forth and it got lost in the shuffle?
