Kay:
Your best bet is probably C-Span Archives (http://www.c-spanarchives.org/).
Another possibility is Fednnet (http://www.fednet.net/).

All--
Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a copy of a webcast
Congressional hearing? If it is, whom should I contact? I wrote Elliott
Chabot several weeks ago, but haven't heard back from him.
Specifically, I'm looking for Panel II of the House Transportation and
Infrastructure Committee Hearing on July 22, 2003. It dealt with
eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse in mandatory transportation programs.
We watched it live, but I couldn't figure out how to save it to my disk. I
didn't realize that it was going to be webcast until just before it began,
so I didn't have lots of lead time to investigate capture programs. (Not
to mention that our I/T people would have had my HEAD--in addition to my
computer--had I actually tried to download and use one, but that's another
tale)...
TIA.
