Possibly Congressional Information Service would have the hearings on
microfiche. (Don't know if they go back to 1960 though.)

Subject: Digital Committee Report from 1960?
Hello fellow FedLibbers:
I'm trying to find out if the following government publication is available
electronically. I have borrowed the print version from another kind
library, but now the patron would like to be able to avoid retyping the
exerpts he needs (and cannot photocopy due to the tightness of the binding.)
The item in question is:
United States Joint Committee on Atomic Energy
Technical Aspects of detection and inspection controls of a nuclear weapons
test ban. Hearings before the Special Subcommittee on Radiation and the
Subcommittee on Research and Development of the Joint Committee on Atomic
Energy, Congress of the United States, Eighty-Sixth Congress, Second
Session, on technical aspects of detection and inspection controls of a
nuclear weapons test ban.
2 volumes, 951 pages, GPO, 1960.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
