Steve Kerchoff, who has moderated this list for several years, will be
leaving FLICC/FEDLINK at the end of this week.  He has accepted a
position as a Foreign Service Information Resource Officer with the U.S.
Department of State, Bureau of International Information Programs.  We
wish him well, and thank him for his many years of diligence.
