I suggest that we set aside part or all of the second day of the meeting for
"additional requirements", which would include metasearch and geo.  Use the
first day to focus on finalizing 1.1.   I'm working on getting one of the
metaseach folks to join us Friday morning.

I think though that we should avoid inviting guests on the first day.
Please share your thought on this.
