Now that we can profile pretty much everything under the sun, can we move
the masking character rules into the default CQL context set?  Then
someone could reprofile the masking rules to be regular expressions, or
globs or whatever.

cql.string and cql.word would have default semantics that the masking
scheme used as ours, but this could be overridden.
