Just to clarify-- the heading used to be
CRYPTO '91 $d (1991 : $c University of California, Santa Barbara)
for the 1991 proceedings cataloged as a monograph. Then someone needed the
conference name as a generalized heading for a serial treatment of the
proceedings, and its authorized form was changed to
CRYPTO (Conference)
So now the heading for the monograph becomes
CRYPTO (Conference) $d (1991 : $c University of California, Santa
Barbara)
adding the standard qualifier to the revised heading.
