      Thank you. No need to dispense with the notification
requirement. As Mike Tribby has pointed out, simply notifying the BL of
the change is easier to integrate into many US library workflows than is
consultation "prior to making any change" (which is the way the Z1
guideline is now worded).
      Many of us turn to Z1 and other prescribed NACO documentation for
guidance in such cases and tend to follow whatever instructions are
recorded there.
