I am currently working on my dissertation which deals with how nonPCC
libraries treat PCC records. If the nonPCC libraries modify PCC records,
what editing changes do they make? One of my difficulties is determining
whether some of these changes are correct according to the cataloging rules
without interlibrary borrowing the items So I thought I would publish lists
