Likewise.
I wasn't aware that there was any sort of naming convention other than the
implicit one from the various W3C documents. But if it is an ISO standard
for xml naming conventions that <UpperCase lowerCase="foo"> then this
would certainly be the time to switch to it rather than at any other
version.
