First drafts attached (I lost my originals in an over-enthusiastic disk
pruning exercise!)

A few notes:

I've worked from http://srw.o-r-g.org/new/

Order is important in XML, so check that the order of elements in the
schemas matches with what people expect, in particular I've always put
the echoedRequest after the extraResponseData for all three operations
(the spec. is inconsistent here)

I've added new elements in the responses for xSortKeys and xScanClause
which aren't references in the spec.s

I'm not convinced that the way I've handled the SRU base URLs in
sru-bindings.wsdl is valid wsdl.

These still need thorough testing against the toolkits, WS-I validators
etc...
