Hi Ray,

I've noticed that the MA's main CQL page at
        http://www.loc.gov/z3950/agency/zing/cql/cql-syntax.html
does not include in its header menu a link to the Index Sets page at
        http://www.loc.gov/z3950/agency/zing/cql/index-sets.html

It would be nice to fix that.

(And of course it all needs to be changed to say Context Sets instead
of Index Sets.)
