To be clear:
If a client asks for DCX, by short name or full URI, and there are no
extraData elements which modify the response then:
The server must respond with recordSchema set to the URI of DCX with the
one exception of surrogate diagnostics. The recordData section must
contain XML (escaped or unescaped) which conforms to the DCX schema.
(And you can, of course, define the DCX schema to be any xml data)
If you want to change that, then you need to create an extraRequestData
extension, as Mike explained.
