I prefer it to have it in the zing domain.  I remember that Matthew did
already suggest some similar schemas but with a slightly different
meaning.

Err, /I/ can't add that URI as it's not my domain. But more usefully,
if
you choose one of your own domains to put it under, then you can
revise
the text there at any time without bothering Ray :)

I'd also suggest adding a version number, even if you never go past
version 1.0
