Why? It makes no difference to anything. The thing about it being on
your domain is that you then have total control and don't need to get
the ZNG list's approval or agreement for any changes you want to make
down the line.
(I am perfectly happy with the Zthes context set's URI being on one of
my own domains, if that makes you feel any better.)
