Replying in short chunks.
I'm happy with the Set proposal. My only quibble is the attribute "name"
being set to "dc". I've found it useful, probably mostly for documentation
purposes, to have a long-name and a nick-name. It might be obvious that dc
is short for Dublin Core, but I'd still like a place to put that. I can
also live without it.
