The only reason for setting it back to
http://www.loc.gov/zing/cql/dc-indexes/v1.0/
is to leave it unchanged (not anything to do with index vs. context); even
then, I don't feel strongly, but am just a bit uneasy about changing the id
when the definition hasn't changed. When we go, say, to version 1.1 (or
2.0) certainly we would use "context" rather than "index".
