For those who care -- I realised that the remoteSystemRecordNumber
search in the Bath Profile for Z39.50 uses BIB-1 access point 12
(doc-id), and so that its intent is the same as that, in the CQL
world, of the Record Metadata context set's "id" index.  Accordingly
I've removed the remoteSystemRecordNumber index from the Bath set, and
specified the use of rec.id instead.  The revised profile is at the
same place the old one used to be:
