In his book about working with Ed Murrow on "See It Now" for CBS, Fred
Friendly says,
"We never did find any tape or film of McCarthy's famous 1950 Wheeling
speech..."

That was in 1954. If they couldn't find it then, it seems even less likely
that anything exists today.
