The Cooperative Cataloging Team regrets to inform the PCC community of
the sudden death Thursday morning the fifth of February of Gerry Wager.

Gerry is well remembered as a member of the Cooperative Cataloging Team
in the mid-1990s. He conducted NACO training at several member
institutions and was a valued resource in Slavic matters. To the depth
of knowledge which he brought to his work, he added a charm of wit and
intelligence that made him ready friends. After moving on to positions
in the rare books field in the Library of Congress, he continued in
contact with the Coop Team.
