The FLICC Budget and Finance Working Group would like your input into
FEDLINK's FY2005 budget and fee planning. If you are a FEDLINK customer,
your answers to this questionnaire help plan and project FEDLINK's costs
and revenues and set our fees fairly.

http://www.loc.gov/flicc/budget05/budgetquest5.html, complete the
online form and click submit!  The questionnaire should take about 10
minutes to complete.

Your input on budget issues is welcome throughout the fiscal year. If
you wish have your comments included in the Spring budget
discussions,please respond by April 9, 2004.  We also are seeking
information about your needs regarding a toll-free number (US and
International; question #7) and plans for use of new agreements for
Preservation Services (question #2).

The FY2005 budget and fee proposal will be presented at the semi-annual
FEDLINK membership meeting on May 8, 2004 and will be mailed to members
for formal comment in June.
